Space Systems/Loral's College Program

A career with Space Systems/Loral (SS/L) could shape your future in ways that you've never imagined. The satellite industry promises to be an adventure-transforming ideas into realities. SS/L provides mentoring, training, job variety, and social events in a program specifically designed for college graduates-particularly engineering, information technology, and business graduates who are seeking exciting and opportunity-filled
first jobs.

Our Programs

INTERNSHIP:
SS/L has an extensive program where individuals who have completed 2 years at an accredited University
or College has the opportunity to work for three months during the summer. The program is designed so
that individuals will be able to gain hands-on experience while working on challenging projects, network
with professionals and learn from some of the brightest minds in business.

CO-OP:
SS/L's co-op program is among the industry's best, offering undergraduate and graduate students to work
in one of the leading satellite company in the world. You will contribute daily to important projects and
work side-by-side with industry experts who can shape your future. The program consist of two sessions,
for a total of 28 weeks, for students currently enrolled in a related academic field where they will be able
to gain knowledge and understand of what SS/L does.

Career Fairs

SS/L participates in college fairs each spring and fall. These fairs are a great opportunity for interested students to speak with an SS/L representative and learn about our admission process and company culture.
